Our goal is to help you get the baby items you need without any hassles and with the maximum convenience. The last thing you should have to worry about is online security and privacy. SALES TAX

A sales tax of 6.00% will be added to all orders shipped to Florida addresses. Orders shipped to Florida counties with "Sales Tax Surcharges" will incur all appropriate sales tax surcharges. Sales tax will not be charged on shipments to gift recipients outside Florida.

HOW TO ORDER On-Line

We strive to make ordering at MagicMondays as easy and fun as possible. You've browsed our bakery of diaper cakes, our baby items, gifts and gift sets to find your special gift. Checkout is even easier. If you are viewing one of our delicious diaper cakes, you may proceed to Step 1. If you are viewing one of our many other beautiful items, and you've found your gift, click on the item name or image and follow the instructions below:

1) Product Information

You are now on a product details page. Here, you can choose the quantity and, if relevant, the color, size and other attributes of the gift. Be sure to include a "Required by Date" with your order, if applicable. When you are finished entering, click the "Add to Cart" button.

2) Shopping Cart Page

You are now on the Shopping Cart page. Here, you can review all the items you have placed in your bag and information about each item. An image is available to see the item. You can make some changes to the quantity for individual items or remove an item from your cart. (If you make any changes to your order, click the "Update Basket" button at the bottom of the page to see your revised total.) If you wish to continue shopping, click the Continue Shopping button. If you are finished selecting items, click the Checkout button.

3) Checkout - Step 1

After hitting the Checkout button, you are taken to the "Customer Registration" Page. Here you may create a login account, or enter you Login Information if you have created an account in the past. If you do not wish to create a Login Account, you may choose to "Place Order Without Account".

After completing the prior step, you are now on the Checkout Page - Step 1. Here, you will be asked to enter your shipping information, and if this information is different from your billing address, you may enter your billing information, as well. After you have completed entering the Shipping and Billing information, you hit "Continue" to proceed to the next step.

Checkout Page - Step 2 allows you to verify the Shipping and Billing Information you have previously entered. You will then have the opportunity to enter a Coupon Code and/or a Gift Certificate #. Next you will choose a Shipping Method and then a Payment Type (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover). Once you have completed these items, hit "Continue" to move the Checkout Page - Step 3.

Checkout Page - Step 3 allows you to enter the "Credit Card Number" and "Credit Card Expiration". Hit "Place Order" to complete your order and move to Checkout Page - Step 4.

ORDER TURNAROUND TIME

We always strive to ship orders in a timely manner. Typically, orders are shipped within 1 - 5 business days after placing your order. 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air orders must be placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time to be shipped the same business day. If a change of shipping method is desired, please contact Customer Service with your shipping method changes. Any changes in Shipping Fees will be build to your credit card prior to shipping.

The Turnaround time of customized items, such as Diaper Cakes and Gift Baskets, requires approximately 1 -5 business days to process and create. This does NOT include and shipping/delivery timeframes. Please be aware, Ground shipping timeframes are not guaranteed by shipping carriers. Ground Delivery timeframes should be regarded as a delivery time estimate. Adding 1 or 2 business days to this timeframe should guarantee an on-time delivery.

The quickest method expediting items, such as Diaper Cakes or Gift Baskets, is to elect the RUSH Order option. This RUSH Order option expedites the Creation/Processing of this custom order where the item will be ready for shipment within 24-48 hours. (24 hours is not uncommon) Once a RUSH Order is ready for shipping, a Shipping Method must be chosen by the customer. Therefore, if a customer requires a custom item such as a Diaper Cake to be delivered within 4 business days, where Ground delivery requires 3 business days, the customer should choose a RUSH Order. This will allow for expedited Creation/Processing time while still allowing for the reasonably priced ground shipping method.

If we run out of stock of a particular item, we will hold your order open for at least 15 business days while we wait for new stock to arrive. If an order is still unable to ship after 15 business days, a MagicMondays representative will contact you with information regarding when you can expect your order. Please be aware, some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer and require an additional day or two to process. Please contact Customer Service if you experience any shipping delays or you do not receive tracking information promptly.

Any order delayed to to "Shipping and/or Weather Related Issues" are not the responsibility of MagicMondays, and do not provide any customer rational for cancellation of an order. It is the responsibility of the customer to plan for the following timeframes which may apply to their order: Creation/Processing Timeframe; Shipping Method Timeframe; Shipping and/or Weather Related Delays; etc.

Please note: Although we stock many of the items we sell, we do not stock all of the products that we offer. Accordingly, all products may not be available for 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air or Next Day Air express shipping.

RUSH ORDERS

Rush Orders are provided for a select group of Customized Gift Items requiring creation and preparation time prior to shipping availability.

All Rush Orders are completed and ready to ship within 24-48 hours. All Rush Orders completed after 3pm ET (outbound shipping pickup time), prior to the 48 hours completion window, will ship the following business day. (24-48 hours refers to "non-holiday" business hours) Any RUSH Orders received during Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on the "Required by Date" entered with the order.

Rush Orders receive PRIORITY over "non-Rush Orders" to expedite the creation and preparation time of the Gift item, therefore, any cancellation of a "RUSH Order" prior to shipping will incur a 50% Cancellation Fee. The Fee is calculated based on the purchase price of the item and all Rush Order Fees are non-refundable.  (This does not include any Express Shipping, just a prioritized creation and preparation time.) Any cancellation of a "RUSH Order that has been shipped will also incur a 50% Cancellation Fee. All shipping and RUSH Order Fees are not refundable.

Although we strive to ship all orders as soon as possible, please allow 3-5 business days for all non-Rush Order custom Diaper Cakes.

Please note: When calculating your desired delivery date, please be aware of both cake creation and preparation time as well as any Ground or Express shipping timeframes.

MagicMondays' may at times display products/categories of products/items which may not be currently available. This may be done to promote an upcoming, soon to be released, item. The price for this item may show as $0.00, or zero dollars. This is not to be confused with an item that is sold at $0.00, or zero cost. The price is shown as $0.00 because we do not yet have the ability to sell this item, but wish to show this item to customers who may be interested in the item. We attempt to provide estimated availability dates for these items, however, this is not always accomplished.

Any transaction completed with this type of product does not constitute any obligation on the behalf of MagicMondays to provide this item to a customer at a zero price ($0.00). All orders with items of this nature will have these items removed from the order, after notifying the customer of the situation.

PROMOTION CODES

MagicMondays' promotion codes are also referred to as "Coupon Codes" and are redeemed during the ordering process on the Checkout page. Simply enter your promotion code and/or Coupon Code, and when you're finished, hit the Continue to move onto the next checkout screens. Your promotional discount will be factored into your order and will be reflected in your order and the Order Review page. By the way, special promotions are just one of the benefits you get when you register at MagicMondays.com.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

MagicMondays Gift Certificates are available in denominations of $25, $50, $100 and $250 and will not be taxed when purchased. To request a larger amount, please call customer service at 954-678-4220 or Toll Free at 877-678-4220. Gift certificates are shipped via USPS Priority Class Mail only.

To redeem a gift certificate, select a gift and begin the ordering process. On Step 2 of your Checkout process, you will have the opportunity to enter your Gift Certificate number. Simply enter your gift certificate code, and hit the "Redeem Certificate" button to process your Gift Certificate. You may then proceed to the shipping and payment portion of this screen..

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Any cancellation of an order must be accomplished by contacting Customer Service via email at CustomerService[at]MagicMondays.com (replace [at] with @. Used to avoid spammers), or by phone at 877-678-4220. Cancellations of customized items such as Gift Baskets, Diaper Cakes, or any personalized item, must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. If a Customer Service representative is unavailable via telephone, a request for cancellation must be received via email, to provide date and time data. If a Cancellation is requested any time after 24 hours of placing an order, a 50% Restocking Fee will be applied do to extensive labor/work already performed and/or completed regarding these customized orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.

ALL Rush Orders are not eligible for the 24 hour cancellation policy detailed in the paragraph above, do to the fact the Gift item has already entered production to meet the Rush Order Request, and extensive labor hours have been expended.

Please understand, a substantial amount of labor is required to create these customized gifts. All Personalized items are not eligible for cancellation or return.

We understand changes occur, however, the purpose is to defray any unnecessary costs do to customer order changes.

After ordering, you will receive your confirmation email from MagicMondays. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Once your order ships, you will receive an additional email directly from UPS.com with your order tracking information.
