FAQs

Q:    Can I get the diaper cake in different colors?
A:    Yes, we offer Blue, Pink and Neutral (Yellow or Soft Green). Other Colors may be available upon request.

Q:    What brand of diapers do you use in your diaper cakes?
A:    We use Huggies® Ultratrim Brand Diapers Size 1-2.

Q:    How long does it take to receive my order?
A:    It depends on what you order. Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours, some same day.
       Some items, Diaper Cakes and Gift Baskets may take 3-5 days to prepare and/or process before shipping.

Q:    What happens if I need a Diaper Cake or Gift Basket created ASAP and shipped immediately?
A:    By upgrading your order to a RUSH Order status, you will prioritize the processing and creation of your order so it will
       be ready to ship within 24-48 hours after placing your order. If necessary we can process and create an order for
       shipment the same day. RUSH Orders ONLY prioritize the Processing and Creation of your order.
       Please be aware that you must also take into affect any shipping timeframes.

Q:    Can I ship outside the U.S.?
A:    At present, we only ship to the continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska. Shipments to Canada are possible, however will
       incur added processing time and delivery charges. (Contact Customer Service for details)

Q:    What credit cards do you accept?
A:    We process all our orders through a “secure” shopping cart, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover

Q:    Are there any payment options other than credit cards?
A:    At this time we ONLY accept Credit card payments.

Q:    Can I ship a Gift or other any item to an APO address?
A:    Yes, we can ship to an APO address, as long as the facility will accept the delivery Also, shipments to APO addresses
       MUST ship via the USPS-United States Postal Service and will require a shipping quote from the USPS and an approval
       for the additional shipping fees from the buyer. Please check your email address for shipping quotes, or call Customer
       Service toll free at 877-678-4220.

Q:    How do I find out the status of my order?
A:    Any time, you may send an email to our Customer Service Department and request the status of your order at
       CustomerService@MagicMondays.com, or you may call at 954-678-4220, or Toll Free at 877-678-4220.

Q:    Can I have the Birth Certificate, or other silver/metal item engraved?
A:    Yes, most can be engraved. However, at this time we do not offer engraving in-house.

Q:    I want to send my order as a gift. How do I do this?
A:    During your CHECKOUT steps, you will have the opportunity to enter both billing information and delivery information.
       Just enter the Gift Recipient’s delivery address and we will take it from there. If you are sending a gift, and you wish to
       include a Gift Card Message, just include the message on the product page prior to placing your item in the Shopping Cart.
       If you are sending a non-Diaper Cake item, you may be required to include a Magic Gift Box so you may include your
       Gift Card Message.

Q:    How will you ship my order?
A:    You will have the option of choosing your Shipping Method during CHECKOUT. Most orders ship via Ground Delivery
       (1-6 business days), however, you also have the option of either 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air or Next Day Air.

Q:    Do you create custom products?
A:    Absolutely! We take pride in our flexibility and the ability to give you the most unique products for your children.
       Please keep in mind there may be additional fees for custom-made items. You will be notified of all custom made fees prior
       to confirming your order.

Q:    What happens to information I submit?
A:    All details submitted will be kept confidential. We do not sell names, addresses, numbers, or any other information you
       give us. Even over the telephone, after credit card information is provided to the Customer Service representative and the
       Representative changes to the “review” screen, the previous credit information is no longer seen, except for the last 4 digits
       of the credit card number and expiration date.

       provide you with the details.
