MagicMondays offers four different shipping methods for deliveries within the U.S. only: Ground (1 to 6 business days); 3 Day Express Air; 2 Day Air Express (Afternoon delivery, second business day); 2 Day Air Express (Morning delivery, second business day); Next Day Air Express (Afternoon delivery, next business day); and Next Day Air Express (Morning delivery, next business day). Shipping outside the continental U.S. is available by contacting Customer Service via email at CustomerService[at]MagicMondays.com (replace [at] with @. Used to avoid spammers) CustomerService@MagicMondays.com or by telephone Toll Free at 877-678-4220. Additional shipping costs may be occur when shipping outside the continental U.S.
Today, MagicMondays offers the shipping services of UPS (United Parcel Service),
FedEx (Federal Express),
and USPS (United States Postal Service). At this time, our "Primary Carrier" is UPS. At times a specific carrier may
better serve a region, zip code, or location. With this occurrence the appropriate carrier is chosen.

Home Delivery & SHIPPING COSTS within 48 Contiguous States
Most orders shipped Ground will be delivered within 3 to 10 business days (depending on the destination). There are No HIDDEN shipping charges or handling fees.
"HOME DELIVERY" shipments may be left at the front door of a residence if no one is available to sign for the package. Home Delivery packages may also be left with neighbors if the delivery carrier determines this to be a proper course of action. If neither of these two scenarios is desirable to the Buyer, you may elect to have your package delivered to your place of business. Most business deliveries require a signature and will guarantee a more secure and prompt delivery. If you require a Home Delivery, and do not want this package left at the door, please contact Customer Service at request further assistance with this matter.
Items which are extra large and/or heavy may incur "oversized" shipping surcharges, or shipping/ordering limitations, which will be displayed on the product information pages where they apply. The "Shipping Dimensions" of our Diaper Cakes boxes may fall into this category when ordering multiple Diaper Cakes simultaneously. Please be aware, Diaper Cakes will ship in its own shipping box. Additional items placed on the same order will ship in one, or multiple, shipping boxes.
Rates for Ground and Express Air shipments may be determined by the weight and dimensions of the shipping boxes. These weights and dimensions are in direct relation to the variable weights and dimensions each shipping package may result in do to the Customer's ability to modify and add items to products (such as Diaper Cake TOPPERS and Special Ingredients). These "Product Modifications" result in weight and dimension changes of some shipping packages. Every opportunity is always taken to minimize any and all shipping charges. In order to accomplish this task, each item purchased is properly packed, and exact dimensions and weights are entered just prior to shipping to produce exact shipping rate charges. In the event any shipping calculations by our system require adjustment, MagicMondays reserves the right to reduce, or increase, shipping rates to the buyer, and may result in a shipping credit, or additional charge to the buyer's credit card.
Shipping costs are always posted in U.S. dollars. The cost of shipping is based on current carrier rates and on the size, weight,
destination and type of delivery service selected. We try to combine items being shipped to the same address whenever possible in
order to minimize the cost for you.

We are glad to accept order with APO delivery addresses. When placing your
order on-line, please choose UPS Ground as your shipping method. Also, please be
aware, additional shipping expenses may be necessary. ALL "APO" DELIVERED ORDERS
are required to ship via USPS. Buyer agrees that any additional USPS shipping
charges will be automatically billed to the Buyer's credit card prior to
shipping.

If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges, as well as, any additional shipping charges incurred by MagicMondays. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less shipping costs. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.
This does not apply to packages that appeared to be damaged in shipping.
Please be aware, some items may not be eligible for a refund (i.e. "Custom made Gift Baskets and Baby Diaper Cakes". These items require substantial labor time to create. Please contact
Customer Service before refusing these items to ensure your refund eligibility.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Packages shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer and/or packages returned to MagicMondays do to an incorrect delivery
address provided by customer, will be subject to "address correction" shipping charges and
buyer understands that these charges will be automatically
billed to buyer's credit card. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are also subject to
actual shipping charges. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the
purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a
free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to
additional shipping charges. The purpose of this is to
defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.

Alaska and Hawaii items ship via 2-day service and may require an additional day for delivery and will require and detailed shipping quote prior to shipping. All items shipping to Alaska and/or Hawaii are not eligible for the FLAT $7.99 shipping.

Express Gifts: Most items from our Gift Collections may ship the same day if ordered on a weekday before 2pm ET, Monday-Friday. At times, some orders may require one to four business days to process before shipping. Delays may occur when "order completion" is required by the customer. If an item is required by a specific date, contact Customer Service to request a delivery estimate.
We want you to experience the MagicMondays' "WOW" Gift Experience with each and every gift you receive. If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or the incorrect product was received, MagicMondays will gladly assist you in correcting these issues.
Clothing items must be unopened, unwashed, and unused to be eligible for return or exchange. We must receive your item back in a resalable condition, in its original packaging, and including your packing slip. All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and we do not refund any shipping, rush order, or special service charges you have incurred. Orders returned which originally shipped with a FREE shipping Promotion and/or offer, will incur an original outbound shipping charge when returned.
We are unable to accept returns on ALL Diaper Cakes, Gift Baskets, Cases of Diapers, as well as, and any personalized items. Issues relating to "Diapers", please contact the diaper manufacturer (i.e. Huggies or Pampers) for assistance.

Please, write down the Return Authorization (RA) number and return delivery address for your item given to you by the customer service representative. MagicMondays must receive your eligible item within (30) days from the time you received your RA#. Include the RA number within the following return shipping address:

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. MagicMondays is not responsible for all return shipping charges and items damaged or lost in transit.
We are happy to replace your item with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase.
